- Customers share their requirements, including the type of product, quantity needed, and delivery destination.
- The sales team analyzes the customer's needs and identifies a suitable product that meets their requirements.
Samples
- Prior to the proposal stage, clients worldwide can request samples from Equalizer's quality team for checking.
Technical and Commercial Offer
- The sales team presents the technical offer, including product specifications and delivery options (road, sea, air).
- After the technical part is complete, a commercial offer is presented, including payment terms and price.
Purchase Order & Payment
- The client issues a purchase order (PO) to Equalizer, which contains all the specifications and is based on the signed contract.
- Equalizer issues the final invoice to the client.
- The client transfers the agreed amount to Equalizer
Product Delivery
- Equalizer will ship product to its destination.
- Original shipping documents are shared with the client.
Acceptance
- A joint visit is arranged, involving both the client and an Equalizer operation representative, to receive the goods.
- An acceptance form is signed by both parties, confirming the received quantity and quality against the agreed specifications.
